Regional Sales Manager
Pine River Group, the master distributor for North America of Kebony modified woods products, is searching for a self-driven, Regional Manager for the Southern California market. This individual will develop and manage sales to contractors, architects, municipalities, marinas, OEM’s, and retailers. Candidate must be organized, highly personable and have the ability to multi-task. Strong phone/communication skills along with closing abilities are a must. This full-time position is based in Southern CA, and will require occasional overnight travel as needed.
Identify business to business prospects to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Responsible for servicing customer inquiries via telephone calls, emails, and fax with high levels of timeliness, professional and accuracy.
Plan, perform and manage sales objectives to meet and exceed budget requirements.
Work with a team environment involving management, logistics, fellow sales associates and technical support personnel.
Provide creative continuous improvement ideas concerning sales effectiveness, profitability, product quality, new products and services.
Negotiate and manage sales opportunities and contractual agreements.
Maintain or complete reports and documents.
Bachelor’s degree or three (3) years equivalent experience in sales or marketing.
Ability to perform accurately in a fast paced environment.
Proven experience with new customer development, customer service and networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Strong business acumen.

Sales Support Specialist
Pine River Group, the master distributor for North America of Kebony modified woods products, is searching for sales support, order entry and account management in our St. Clair, MI office. This individual will work with sales and customers such as contractors, architects, municipalities, marinas, OEM’s, and retailers. Candidate must be organized, highly personable and have the ability to multi-task. Strong phone/communication skills along with closing abilities are a must. This full-time position is based in our offices in St. Clair, MI.
Enter accurate sales order information into systems.
Act as liaison amongst sales team and customers to coordinate and optimize sales and sales orders.
Provide solutions for inventory surplus by analyzing data, identifying alternative means for filling orders, and notifying sales team and customers.
Maintain reporting, analyze data, recommend and communicate inventory to be sold to the sales team.
Arrange and collaborate with Logistics team for timely shipment/distribution.
Apply basic selling skills and customer service to grow customer/account base.
Provide ideas, innovation and suggestions for continuous improvement and maximizing sales opportunities.
Maintain inventory reporting systems to be prepared and distributed as needed.
Process and track customer credit applications.
Support sales team with various sales office functions.
Strong data entry skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and ability to navigate and acquire skills to use internal systems.
Solid analytical and problem solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management preferred) or two (2) years equivalent experience in business to business sales.
